Meditations is a solo piano project that I just felt was due. Though I've teased the idea of a piano project many times because of a surplus of piano tracks that I've previously written, almost all of these tracks are in fact brand new.
Meditations is an album where each track depicts a kind of stream of consciousness, dressed in beautiful melodies and a few captivating hooks. It is meant to be pensive and peaceful, relaxing and inspiring.
The 11-track project is one of my all-time proudest achievements, as it is one of my oldest ambitions to release an album. It released on my birthday in August, 2021.
Each song title on the album loosely signifies the train of thought that I was inspired by in each case, the first letter of each song title also being mirrored in the initial chord of each song.
Perfect for a peaceful moment or for studying and sleeping.
All of these tracks will become available to license for game developers in the Unity Asset Store later this autumn.
